Are you a woman working in engineering and technology?

The 100 Years of Women in Transport (YOWIT) programme is delighted to be celebrating National Women in Engineering Day (NWED) with a mass photocall with women engineers at the iconic Horse Guards Parade on Tuesday 23 June from 08:15 - 09:00. We will also be using this opportunity to set a Guinness World Record, so you could see your name go down in history! Further information relating to the Guinness World Record attempt will follow over the next week.

A day dedicated to raising the profile and celebrating the achievements of women in engineering.

Lots of events are taking place around the country on the 23rd, lets encourage more women into this wonderful world of Tunnelling and underground space.
